This machine has both, and it is a piece of cake IF you have 2 partitions. I installed w2k on an unused FAT32 D: partition. The w2k setup walks you through the whole thing. I have no idea how it works if your hard drive is all one partition, but as w2k installs in a folder name winnt it should work just fine.

If the OS supports NTFS and FAT16/32 then you can transfer files between the two of them. WinXP does support these file systems. If you were unable to do it Direct file transfer between NTFS and FAT16/32 (at least it did not work on my machine :))is not possible; you can use a Ramdisk or some other interface.
